Free Parking
There is free parking in the Coligny Beach Parking Lot located on Pope Ave. It's a short walk along the pathway from the parking area to the beach entrance on Coligny Circle.
During the busy season, you can also park at the University of South Carolina Beaufort Hilton Head Island Campus and take the free Palmetto Breeze shuttle from USCB-Hilton Head Island to Coligny Beach.
Shopping and Dining
The surrounding area has plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance of Coligny Beach. Across the circle at One North Forest Beach Drive, you'll find Coligny Plaza with over 20 stores and restaurants including ice cream, souvenir shops, and entertainment for the whole family.

Hi Melisa! There are only two RV parks on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort is the closest to the beach (1 mile), but it is for Class A, Class C and Super C only. The other one is Hilton Head Harbor RV Resort. It's on a marina on the Intracoastal Waterway side of the island so it's 6 miles to the closest beach, Folly Field Beach, or 16 miles to Coligny Beach at the south end of the island. Hope this helps!
