Ingredients

diced (½ small onion)

diced (one medium rib)

lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop or flake the imitation crab meat into small pieces.
Toss the crab meat, onion and celery together in a large mixing bowl.
Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice together in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Gently fold the dressing into the crab mixture.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
