to taste if using unsweetened cranberry juice

Instructions
Optional, rim glass with sugar by wetting the rim and dipping it in a shallow dish or small plate of sugar.
Add cranberry juice and orange liqueur to a champagne flute. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
Fill with sparkling wine and garnish with an orange slice.

Add frozen cranberries, mint or rosemary springs for garnish, if desired.
