Cranberry Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces cranberry juice
  • ½ ounce orange liqueuer
  • 3 ounces champagne or sparkling wine
  • simple syrup, optional to taste if using unsweetened cranberry juice
  • orange slice for garnish
  • sugar, optional to rim glass

Instructions

  • Optional, rim glass with sugar by wetting the rim and dipping it in a shallow dish or small plate of sugar.
  • Add cranberry juice and orange liqueur to a champagne flute. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
  • Fill with sparkling wine and garnish with an orange slice.

Notes

Add frozen cranberries, mint or rosemary springs for garnish, if desired.
