Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 lb imitation crab meat chopped
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 red pepper finely chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Prep Your Ingredients: Chop the crab meat, red pepper, and green onions.
  • Spread the Cream Cheese: Spread one quarter of the cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  • Add the Fillings: Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the cream cheese, followed by the crab meat. Scatter the red pepper and green onions evenly bover the top.
  • Roll Them Up: Starting at one edge, roll each tortilla tightly. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least one hour to firm them up.
  • Slice and Serve: When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap. Trim the ends, and slice each roll into 1-inch pieces. Arrange on a serving dish and enjoy!
