Instructions
Add ice, chocolate liqueur, raspberry liqueur, vodka, and half and half or cream to a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously until blended and chilled.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with fresh raspberries on a cocktail pick and chocolate shavings if desired.
