Chicken Taco Pinwheels

These Chicken Taco Pinwheels are a quick and easy appetizer made with soft tortillas, filled with seasoned cream cheese, shredded chicken, veggies and cheddar. They’re perfect for parties, game days, or whenever you need a simple, crowd-friendly snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1.25 oz packet taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis well drained
  • 4 green onions sliced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, taco seasoning and garlic until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between the tortillas, and spread it over each one.
  • Sprinkle chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and green onions on top.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least an hour or until ready to serve.
  • Remove the plastic wrap, trim the ends and slice into one-inch pieces.
