Chicken Taco Pinwheels
These Chicken Taco Pinwheels are a quick and easy appetizer made with soft tortillas, filled with seasoned cream cheese, shredded chicken, veggies and cheddar. They’re perfect for parties, game days, or whenever you need a simple, crowd-friendly snack.

Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1.25 oz packet taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis well drained
- 4 green onions sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, taco seasoning and garlic until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly between the tortillas, and spread it over each one.
- Sprinkle chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and green onions on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least an hour or until ready to serve.
- Remove the plastic wrap, trim the ends and slice into one-inch pieces.
