In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, taco seasoning and garlic until well combined.
Divide the mixture evenly between the tortillas, and spread it over each one.
Sprinkle chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and green onions on top.
Roll the tortillas tightly, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least an hour or until ready to serve.
Remove the plastic wrap, trim the ends and slice into one-inch pieces.
