This crowd-pleasing baked brie appetizer blends the creamy goodness of the cheese with the sweet and spicy kick of pepper jelly, topped with a crunch of pecans.
Use a knife to either cut the top off the brie or score the top by making crisscross patterns. Be sure to keep the sides intact so the cheese doesn't run out while baking. Place the cheese in a brie baker or on a baking sheet lined with a piece of parchment paper.
Gently spread the pepper jelly on top of the brie. Sprinkle pecans over the pepper jelly.
Bake the brie until the cheese is soft and slightly melted, about 15-20 minutes.
