Instructions
To rim glass, rub rim with lemon and dip in small plate of cinnamon sugar.
Add apple cider, and vodka if using, to a champagne flute. Fill with champagne or prosecco.
Rub apple slices with lemon to prevent browning and add to glass for garnish.
