Equipment

Materials

  • 25 - 50 assorted seashells in different sizes
  • 3 " - 5" white finger starfish
  • 16 " - 18" grapevine wreath
  • beachy wired ribbon I used 1.5" width
  • hot glue sticks

Instructions

  • Dry fit the shells on the wreath and arrange them the way you want them to sit on the finished wreath. Start with the larger shells and fill in with the smaller ones. Be sure to leave a space for the ribbon.
  • Working with one shell at a time, place the glue on the wreath where you want the shells to sit being careful not to let the glue drip over the sides. Continue gluing until all the shells are securely attached.
  • Tie a loop or bow with the ribbon to hang the wreath.

Notes

This wreath can also be used as a centerpiece on a tabletop. Fill the center with a glass hurricane and candle or flowers.
