Ingredients

  • ¾ cup rosé wine
  • 1-½ cups red fruit juice blend
  • 4 strawberries sliced

Instructions

  • Combine wine and juice in a large measuring cup with a pour spout.
  • Place a few strawberry slices in each popsicle mold. Fill molds with wine mixture. Cover with lid or plastic wrap and insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze until solid.

Notes

White wine can be substituted for rosé if desired.
Setting the molds on a small baking sheet makes it easier to get them in and out of the freezer.
Quickly rinsing the bottom of the popsicle mold under warm water will make the frozen pops easier to release from the mold. The silicone molds are much easier to work with because you can push the popsicles out from the bottom.
